Did you see the play were Cubs RF Johnson going over the fence and stealing Fielder Jr's 1st ever Grand Slam? DAMN! That ball was whacked so hard, I thought it would go outta the domed ball park! That play's going on the web gems on Baseball Tonight for sure.

Yeah, who knows if it was on purpose. It was a good play and Fielder tipped his cap, so I don't think that the Brewers were really mad at him.

Agreed. Fielder didn't seem upset and hitting a guy for making a good defensive play is a level of classlessness that most teams can never even fathom hitting. I have a feeling it was just an unfortunate coincidence. Johnson must have thought so too, because he didn't say anything or even look that upset.

You really think that was retaliatory? There is no way they are going to hit a dude because he robbed a grand slam.
