I have been seeing these little buggers here and there what is the advantage of the cube cases just more space or a good end table right next to your puter desk some one please inform me..

There is no really good engineering argument for a cube shaped case. But they do look nice in a different kind of way. And a larger cube shaped case could be set up to hold humongous amounts of drive bays. Right now (except for perhaps the Yeong Yang server boxes and a few others) it is mainly for appearance.

One plus is that you can always trick people. Nobody ever thinks they are a computer. I had a friend come in my place the other day and look at my wife's jetway cube computer. He asked if it was a DAT player. hahaha

i just bought one from fs/ft, the mountain mods twice7. i love the fact that there is an enormous amount of space to work with since the PSU and drivers are on one side of the case and the mobo is on the other side. it also allows great wire management with effort

also, the cooling is excellent on the twice7 with 2 120mm intakes and 3 80 mm exhasut

so that mountain mods twice7 you can just throw in a little bag and carry it around it seems actually quite large to me? the main thing I was wondering about is how well do they cool as the drives and the power supply seem to be in a diffrent area and the harddrive and the PSU seem to make a good amount of heat... So I was thinking that it would be great for the mobo temps to have them away from the cpu and vid card because they make enough heat of thier own?

no, the twice7 is quite large 14x14x14. i think theman was referring to SFF cubes

the cooling however is great because there are fans on both sides of the case and the fact that the PSU is on a different side always for great air flow

Seems like some are talking cube and others, shoebox SFF. So exactly what is being discussed here.
