ctrl+c, del no worky

Well, I'm stumped. If I try to copy something in explorer, say, a file or folder, explorer will error out and restart (the program that is). If I try to delete something in explorer, it will do the same thing.

Now, I CAN use copy, paste, & del say, in a word document and it works fine. I also found out that I can "delete" files by dragging them to the recycle bin then emptying the recycling bin.

Is there a way to fix the explorer shell, which I'm assuming somehow got corrupted?
