Ctrl-Alt-Del Security Menu Disappeared?

I know it has probably been covered but how do you get it back to the way it used to be, my ctrl-alt-del is now bound to my task manager and I would prefer it to be bound to the security manager again (gina related?) Is it some registry hack or something that needs to happen?
 
Nah, sometimes a 3rd party program will do it, or maybe someone who was using your pc changed it accidentally.
 
ahh 3rd party = girlfriend.... not sure how she would 'accidentally' change it but I am not sure how she accidentaly deleted everything off of my hard disk once either....
