I was browsing the internet and decided to buy some wheels from these guys in early Dec.
The guy said they were INSTOCK so I gave them my CC and he told me about 8-15 days.
My CC was charged rightaway.

A week later, I tried calling for my tracking #.
Their phone system is like this:
1) Sales- You get a sales person right away
2) Shipping info- always an answering machine
3) Customer service- answering machine.
So I tried to get a salesman to give me a tracking #, he puts me on hold and then transfer me to shipping which is an answering machine. You you get the routine now
I have no choice but to leave my names and hope they call me back.

A week later, after about 3 messages still no return calls.
Everytime I want to talk to someone, he tells me to hold on to look for info, leave me there for a while, then another salesman answer the phone, puts me on hold again or transfer me to shipping(which is an answering machine) or I get disconnected.

So I"m pretty busy during Christmas and I let it go and now its a month later and still NOTHING.
I called again and same @ss routine, these bitches keep passing me around like a HOT POTATO.
I finally get somone and he tells me the wheels are backordered WTF, I tell them I need to cancel and get a REFUND. He tells me OK.

5 days later and still no fvcking REFUND.
These guys are getting on my nerve. I called back again for the final time.
Once again these guys just pull the same @ss routine of putting me on hold and such....I'm fvcking fedup.

I called my CC company and explain the situation and told them to take care of it.
Its now 3 days later and I see a CREDIT or $460 from Wheelguyz.com and also a $460 CREDIT from the chargeback.
I realize this wont hold up once the CC company sees it but wouldn't that be great ??

If you look at their website, it seems like a prety big company so I can't imagine how the fvck can they stay in business with this type of customer service. It was fvcking irritating as hell as how they kept fvcking with me on the phone.

I'll be posting this on every car site to warn everyone one else.
These guys want to fvck with me, I'll fvck with them.
I'm gonna email them with every LINK. The power of the internet.

BTW, heres a PIC

Ciffnotes.

I probably didn't.
I guess my point is that if a merchant decides to fvck with you, let the CC handle for you and you'll get much quicker results.
More of a RANT and a PSA.
