CSA mobos that overclock

I can't figure out on either Abit's or Asus's web site whether their newest 865 motherboads come with CSA Gigabit ethernet or not. Not even the manual says anything. If it's not mentioned, does that mean it doesn't have CSA?

Any suggestions for a good mobo with CSA that also overclocks?

whoa... this one is kinda expensive... What about the IS7-g? Are there any models by Shuttle, asus or others that overclock and have CSA? (And cost <$150 🙂
