Nope, he made a demo of him playing then replayed it in CS:S and used fraps to record the demo so the FPS goes way down

Playing a recorded demo shows your ping as 0

It shows 0ms because you play a recorded demo and therefore you are technically not in the server so there is no lag

Fraps uses quite a bit of cpu to record video, so its normal for the FPS to be that low
