Did you preload? If so, your download probably is corrupted. Delete everything, and redownload, leaving the computer to get the whole thing at once to make sure it doesn't get inturrupted.

Or first you could try steams file checker, but I forget where it is. Somewhere at steampowered.com

i realised that its the gfx driver problem. I was using ati 4.11 and got that problem but after upgrade to 4.12 no more such problem
