cs: source server list refuses to refresh :(

when I attempt to refresh cs: source it says "No internet games responded to the query."

I am perplexed because all other games refresh perfectly.

I am running a linksys router and xp sp2. I turned off the sp2 firewall but still no luck with cs: source. Any ideas? Do I have to forward a certain port for source?
