CS:source, any tutorials for newbie?

If you are using the Scout it is only really accurate when crouching and at times standing up you can miss from a distance, it can be very difficult to use.

It has been years since I played CS/CS:S (like 5+), but I played from b7.1 up until then, and from what I recall, the scout is very accurate when standing. Scout was my favorite weapon and I would regularly kill AWPers by strafing back and forward.
