CS:S what the...... steam sucks

I get the message
"Steam has found a problem with your local game file. Game files will now be re-acquired from the steam servers." If i click yes, it pops up again , if i click cancel everything closes.WTF STEAM!

do you get that problem when launching css. if you do, gohere and verify your GCF files, if that still doesn't work, delete your GCF files, try it now.............if that doesn't work try deleting your clientregistry.blob
