CS-GO LOW FPS - Low cpu&gpu usage - gtx980 ti & 3770K @ 4.2 Ghz

Hello everyone,

Tbh I am new to the forum but from what I have seen from older posts, you guys helping alot to the people who has problems and I am one of them.

I have the setup below and in DM servers when there are up to 12 people I have plenty fps like 200-300 but when I am in a 40 people server, my FPS drops to 75-120 in general.

Also, the real problem is my CPU usage never goes beyond %25 usage and my gpu usage also at %44 usage.

I have really searched alot and tried lots of things to solve this problem and really started to loose hope.

Anyone can help me with the situation please?

Normally I'd say its possible your Geforce drivers are limiting your frame rates. But since its related to the amount of people on the server, thats another story.
Also, your monitor only displays 144 frames per second so in your particular case, you shouldnt really worry about it.

For curiosity though, please right click on your desktop, go into Nvidia Control Panel, click on Manage 3D Settings, and tell me what you have. There should be about 20 line items. List them all here. Or make a screenshot.

Hi there, I have taken some screenshots from 3D Mark Basic and from the Nvidia 3D Panel.
The problem is mostly because of the CS GO because in Fallout 4 I can use %100 of the 980ti but in cs go I cannot and dont know and this is the game that I use my desktop. :/

In youtube there are people who uses 980ti and takes 500 fps in game but I cannot even see it.

Are these people also in 40 player matches?

If there was any progress with this issue please update. I'm a CS GO fan and I was considering buying this cpu+gpu.

Gven the the cpu usage listed, it is likely maxing out the cores it is allowed to use. Try upping the number of cores used in the launch options.
(right click game in steam > properties > launch options > -threads n (whatever number you want))

Maybe a network issue instead of problem with your computer?
