OK OK OK THIS IS TO HELP PEOPLE WITH A PROBLE OK OK OK

If you have Counter strike and you experience fps drops in action and u didnt used too u need to do a couple things. 1 make sure u have latest video card driver. 2 make sure v-sync is off and all other high perfomance things in the advanced tab of video card. 3. Do Windows Update and have all windows update critical things. 4 Go to ur motherboards website and download latest drivers, chipset and/or BIOS software and update those things for example if you haev an intel motherboard go to intel.com and click download and type in ur motherboard number......... THIS SHOULD FIX ANY PROBLEMS WITH FPS DROPS ALSO SOME COMMANDS FOR CONSOLE ARE

rate 9999

fps_max 100 wont help your fps in action only make the possible max fpas higher and rate 9999 will definately only help those with fast connections.

I was just trying to help and yes rate 9999 is for people with high connections and fps_max may not chnage performance in action but i meant to say that it is to help the overall problem...
