CS Experts: creating a game question

I want to create a LAN game with my laptop as the server (dedicated or not, doesn't matter).
However, I want to allow friends outside my LAN to connect to it.

It says restricted to local clients only...
Is there a way?

other than creating an online game.

If you must know, it's a cd-key issue that doens't exist on LAN 😉
