CS dosen't have 1240x1024 option?

Hey guys, I'm using Radeon 8500 64Meg video card and my counter-strike wouldn't have the 1240x1024 option for my 17 inch lcd. How come?

I'm sure he does. . . but if its set for OpenGL in video modes, it should have 1280x1024 and 1600x1200 as options.

It's been forever since played HL or CS, but I think there was a similar thread AFIK that stated that CS only offers a 1280x960 resolution, and not 1280x1024....

Yeah the good think is 1.6 will have 1280x1024, but i still plays 1.5 so i was wondering if it can have it too.

I have 1280x1024 on my CS, but not 1280x960. Try switching between OpenGL and Direct3D.

I'd take FSAA 4x and Aniso 4x at 1024x768 rather than nothin' at 1280x1024

I might as well get my question in here, I would like to run in OGL but the only thing it allows me to choose from is D3d and software, how can I get it to let me run in OGL?

lcd is fixed resolution.
