I can't seem to get this syntax right. I'll put what I need in english

I need the sum of table1.fieldA where table2.fieldb is between dateparameter1 and dateparameter2

can anyone translate this to Crystal syntax for me??
 
Too bad you aren't using WebFOCUS (competitor to Crystal Reports).... I could give you that code easily. I will ask around to the sales folks who use both in hopes they have an answer for you.
