Crystal Enterprise 9 install woes...

I have installed CE 9 on 2 other machines and on this one particular machine i have run into a problem

as the install finishes im prompted to provide the log on info for the APS service. I do that and no user name or apssword will work. I cant find anything at all with their knowledge base or google.

How in the hell can i fix this??
