I'm a Network Administrator/Desktop Support Manager and We have to call MS on a constant basis when we rebuild servers or move licenses.
Its part of the game.
I dont blame them one bit for this kind of activation limit.

if youre legit there is nothing to complain about. A 5 minute call to MS or whomever and youre back up and running.

I use a corporate edition of XP and when i make a certain amount of changes on my system, yes, its says I have to re-authenticate, but its over the net, I don't have to make calls. Takes 5 seconds.

Also, I have been reading the posts here and see Bioshock mentioned many times. I bought that game on release and have changed HDs, OSes, Mobo, video card (4 times) and have never been asked to re-activate.
