Crysis VS. Real Life

I will be buying this the first day it comes out, from what I've read of game editors playing this game it should live up to the hype.

I know I was thinking the same thing. All this work done on a little hut and most likely when you're playing the game you'll run right by it and not even see it. Wonder how long it takes to create something like this...but I guess they have all their development tools so it probably doesn't take to long

I know I was thinking the same thing. All this work done on a little hut and most likely when you're playing the game you'll run right by it and not even see it. Wonder how long it takes to create something like this...but I guess they have all their development tools so it probably doesn't take to long

I dont think they spent too much time on the hut, more like on the parts to make it. Since everything is pieced together in the game, i believe they design the pieces to everything, then build all the stuff they need out of those pieces.

Wow, the only thing thats noticeably "fake" looking on the hut picture is the grass :Q Fix that, and most people would have a hard time spotting which one is real and which one is fake :Q

They took the real-life picture, made a texture out of it, and stuck it on an in-game wall.

(Just kidding, but they could totally do that and say that it's an in-game shot.)

Well I sure hope so... it's impressive how real it looks but most people can tell the diff anyway. Just looking at the grass gives it away.

If shown the pictures side by side without labels it's easy to tell which is which, but damn that's gonna hurt the comp to play it on.
