Crysis Doesn't Work...

Initially after installing the game: It worked perfectly. Then the sound started to act funny, the gun sounds stopped working. I stopped playing, restarted my PC, and then the game didn't even load up. I uninstalled Crysis, deleted the download file. Uninstalled EA Download Manager. Redownloaded EVERYTHING while I was at work. Unencypted the game, and installed it again. This time the game worked fine instead of 2 hours, it worked for 3. Except now the problems I am witnessing:

1. No gun sparks.
2. No gun
3. No bionocs/scope hud display
4. No movement detection of mouse

Troubleshooting Preformed:
1. Downloaded
----169.04
----169.09
----162.50
2. Uninstalled the drivers and allowed Vista to install the default drivers.
3. Cleared TEMP Folder
4. Cleared Running Processes
5. Installed latest soundcard drivers.

Specs:
8800GTX
4GB RAM
Quad Q6600

WTF Guys? Any ideas? I appreciate any help.
 
I forgot to mention: I have an XFI-Elite Pro soundcard.

I don't see how the soundcard though makes my gun not appear and the game not to respond to mouse movements (see video).
 
...guess I'll ask for a refund considering the download version (for me) did not have the editor or the editor installer...
