Crysis 2 :Warhead (preorder) - $30 shipped at Gamestop.com

Thanks for this deal! I thought Crysis was pretty average (graphics were obviously amazing though) but for $30 with free shipping, can't lose with this one.

I actually liked the game...and this will come in handy when I get my new build up and running. Thanks OP.

Gogamer has the preorder price of $40 so even if $50 isn't the full retail, you still save about $10 on release day

You know, I saw that gogamer has Stalker: Clear Sky for a pretty good price: $34.90 instead of what should be $ 39, $49.... I bet the industry is feeling the hit like everything else..

I just bought it with the $10 shipping! Even though I have a Gamestop that is in wallking range..I won't need my dad to go in with me to buy it.

I'm still barely able to play crysis 1 right now, haven't finished that one yet. Good to know they coming up with a sequel.

Hopefully this one will scale better with hardware. Seeing this game at 60fps+ on Xfire/SLI would be a nice change.

I'm pretty sure this is an expansion and not a sequel...it doesn't say Crysis 2 anywhere in the title of the game, and the synopsis claims you are playing as Psycho (one of your teammates from the original Crysis) and following his story while the original events unfold.

Lol... just like EA to take what should be an expansion, double the price, and sell it as a sequel. Crysis was fun but no thanks.

sounds very similiar to what halflife did. Where is was the same game but now from the perspective of the black ops character as opposed to the main character. Was still fun, but almost the exact same gameplay.

def sounds more like an expansion then a sequel. If it was a sequel it would start off with them going back to the island, after the "incident".

Warhead is definately its own game, according to EA, retail is $29.99, but i will beleive it when I see it.

And the best news is that even though Warhead is a full game, IGN has confirmed that it's going to have the price of an expansion pack. At E3, EA will reveal that Crysis Warhead will retail at $29.99. For that, you'll get a campaign that is, what we're told, slightly shorter than that of Crysis (your mileage may vary since you can spend a lot of time sneaking or exploring), as well as a multiplayer suite, though Crytek hasn't revealed any details or features regarding it. Crysis Warhead is scheduled to ship later this year.

Actually, its almost as long as the original game, and almost half the price.

I'm no EA fan, but let's get our facts straight here.

Is Crysis going to follow the business model of the Sims?

I'll believe I will wait for this sequel in the bargain bin a couple of years from now.....
