I'm going on a cruise with Royal Caribbean this December and have heard most people bring their own alcohol on board to cruises. Royal Caribbean has this nasty policy that gives them the right to search and seize any alcohol with penalties up to kicking you off before embarking.

Anyone know how easy it is to get away with this? Any tips? Anyone ever got kicked off??

I remember a post about this a while back, the summary was "don't do it" if I remember correctly.
