I want to ask if those who own a crucifix (necklace or just one on the wall, on your Bible) want to measure it up.
The vertical beam should be about 1.6180339 times long then the horizontal beam. The upper part of the vertical beam above the horizontal beam should be about 1.6180339 times shorter then the lower part of the vertical beam below the horizontal beam. In reality both should be a little shorter to take into account the thickness of the horizontal and the vertical beam.
If you do not have one, imagine it in your mind, the center of your forehead behind your skull. Can become fun when you have a problem concentrating, imagine it with the exact golden ratio in mind. Your concentration might return. ^_^
