Crucial RMA system still down

Anybody else out there needing to rma to crucial and finding their rma system has been down for sometime now? I also see that lexar's name is now on crucial's website. Was there a merger or buyout?

Micron bought Lexar a few years ago.
Rebate forms for Crucial memory two years ago had the Lexar name on them. That was when Crucial DDR 2 was $5 a gigabyte after rebate....crying....
