Yeah I jumped on it as soon as I saw it. My 64gb has been processed and is now ready to ship.. hopefully it goes through!

God, wish I had got in on the 64 gig, I jumped on the 128 gig drive, too good of a price to pass up.

I missed this last time. Went ahead and picked up a 128GB drive, here's to hoping it goes through. Unfortunately they charge tax in KS which tacked on about $10, plus $5 to upgrade to standard shipping. Still an awesome deal, though, came out to about $143 after everything was said and done.

Every time I click Buy Now for the 128 it says: "Your shopping basket is empty." Does this mean the deal is dead? Anyone else having the same issue?

Chatting with Crucial right now....
"I am sorry this part is no longer available"

Dead deal I suppose.

Ordered one of the 256GB drives, order status says "ready to ship," which is probably meaningless until it actually ships.

i actaully got in on a 256gb but canceled. the warranty is like 30 days. and i've read on the newegg reviews that some of them failed after 60 days new..

Well they're refurbished drives. And even if they were new, you could still have one crap out on you after 60 days, that's just luck of the draw. Even with the best quality control, some duds are going to roll off the line.

You're obviously taking a bit of a risk, but you're also paying half the dollar per GB vs buying new ($1/GB refurbished, vs about $2/GB new). That's the trade-off. If you're uncomfortable with a 30 day warranty, though, you should probably buy new.

If you are concerned about warranty, just use your Amex or Mastercard card that adds an additional year to your purchase.
