For the money you can't get any better than Crucial. The only reason to go with Mushkin rev3 is if you plan on doing some extreme overclocking and you need the gauranteed 2-2-2 @ 150MHz.....although I have heard stories of people getting their Crucial up to the high 140's running at CAS 2.

crusial is micron right ? If yes, i dont think micron is very overclockable ...compare to mushkin. The most i can get for micronmt on micron board is 143 cas2 .Just like the data sheed mention at micron webside. Micron recommand overclock to 143 fsb.

You pay double to buy Mushkin rev3 to run at 150 fsb,
would the overall performance be better than default 133 fsb with double amount of memory?

FWIW, I have a p3 800 clocked at 6 x 150 with 2 CAS2 256mb Crucial DIMMS. The memory is about 3 months old if you think it matters. It's running on a CUSL2 Asus mainboard with the timings as fast as it goes. This machine runs win2k, it's never skipped a beat up 24x7.

YMMV
