Yeah......that's higher than it has been lately, but, I can easily recall paying double that for 128mb of cas2 SDRAM not very long ago.........😉

i got mine for $34 a stick or so, been sitting in my desk waiting for the system to get built.

newer stuff overclocks better, i bet.

Yeah, I was designing a machine for my uncle today and popped up the DDR ram for Asus boards and WOAH! I was expecting $30 like it was a few weeks ago. Damn. I thought it was a mistake. He won't be happy about that...
 
I got my 256mb for about $45 when I was building my system. w00t, something in my system that hasn't gone down in price 🙂
 
I saw a $99 stick of 512MB PC2100 DDR on Outpost.com today. Some hot deals site linked to it (DealNews, mebbe?).
