Crucial or OCZ with 3200+

I'm thinking about getting a Athlon 64 3200 but I'm just wondering which memory will go better with it?

I would just get whatever is cheaper. You'd probably be running them with a divider anyways if your overclocking. Trying to get them to run OC'ed or with tighter timings just isnt worth the effort or performance gain. :S Well, I guess in the end, it just depends on what you want more.
