crucial has ddr pc2700 for sale now

Yeah, it is high. But go through 15% off link and 4% Ebates, and it's not TOO bad. Right around $100 mark. Does anyone know if this RAM uses BGA chips?

Cool, but to me, the extra $25 cost isn't really worth it, especially when the majority of Crucial PC2100 hits PC2700 anyway. So, but it is good that Micron/Crucial is finnaly releasing PC2700. It is definately JDEC spec because Mircon wouldn't release it if it wasn't.

i wonder if they're using micron chips.. my 512mb stick of crucial pc2100 came with samsung chips... havent had any problems with overclocking though... @148fsb (increasing just 1mhz fsb requires me to up the vcore... im happy at 1628mhz)
