I have four sticks of this. I was a little worried when I bought them that I might be trading off OC performance for appearance, but not at all. I have my CPU OC'd to 4.1 GHz, nice and stable, with settings of 4-5-5-15. I might be ablt to tighten those a little, but I haven't bothered to even try. No reason to pay for faster Ram to OC your E8400 or E8500, these work fine and they look phenomenally cool in a windowed case.

IIRC, the rebate says a limit of two rebates per product. So you should be able to order two of the same item to get it towards each order.

OK, I should have done a better job reading: The NewEgg deal is limit two (2) per household; the Fry's deal is limit 1 (1).
