Hrm. Nice package, but this doesn't seem to be 35nm process. The benchmarks put it a bit on the slow end of comparable modules.

Too early for me to get anyway (assembling a computer in about a month or so when taxes come in)... but I'm hoping Samsung puts out some Magic Ram modules in 2x8gb kits. I could use 32GB now that I'm running a hackentosh virtual on my main machine (and the fact that I keep 60 or so tabs open in Chrome)

I got these sticks free with a mobo I ordered last year. Great RAM that I can recommend! Of course RAM either works or it doesn't, and in most cases it's not worth looking at the details. With that in mind, this is pretty cheap. If you just need memory then it's a good deal. If you need the fastest memory possible, you probably don't care about this one.
