Crucial Ballistix RAM and memory timing

I guess you configured your memory with SPD. I has happened to me also because CPU-Z shows me a SPD of 2228 instead of 2226. I just set the timings manually in the BIOS and everything works just fine at CAS 2225.

shouldnt the timings on the website be the SPD timings? unless maybe it's detecting FSB is over 200 and therefore relaxing the timings or something.

/dunno what IS, just how i'd have thought it should be


about the 204, i think it's normal to see slightly off FSB numbers, wether its some rounding thing in component calculations or the mobo people deliberately using a very mild oc so they look better in benchies, or whatever.
