System Spec's? Are you running them at 2.2v(Cause at stock they really don't need that much voltage; lower it to 1.9 to 2.0v)? Hows your case air flow?

Next time lower the voltage to where they are stable at the manufacture timings of 4-4-4-12. JEDEC minimum is 1.8v so I would start their, run memtest no errors? great no more playing is needed. If you get even one, bump it up to 1.9v, and keep repeating until it is stable. At 2.1 - 2.2v you really should have a fixed fan on them to keep them cool anyway. Also if your running 4x 1GB sticks, I assume you bumped up the northbridge voltage too right (usually needs to be done by +.01 or +.02)?

I had a P5K Delxue eat 4 of these @ 2.2V w/ active cooling & they were underclocked w/ tighter timings too. Just seems like D9's die at this voltage I'd suggets 2.1V max w/ active cooling for 24/7 usage

Ya problem is not much space next to my tuniq tower for cooling i will try it at 2.0v at stock 5-5-5-15 and hope these tracers don't die next. And no my NB is not bumped up stock volts there guess i got to rethink this setup and try and mount a fan there.
