They did but i would not recommend this ram. I got in on the outpost deal to only find out later that people are having major problems with p965 boards and this memory. If you have version 2 your ok but if you have the version 1 (which is what outpost had) then you will have problems. I don't know much about the crucial memory but the g.skill hz stuff is awesome.

How can I tell if it is v1 or v2?

at a $50 discount, do you think i should instead go w/ the ballistix?

If they are working in your setup they're fine. Also, OCZ was pretty good at letting you RMA the V1 stuff for V2 so I don't really think that's a problem.

Seems like an awesome deal, wish I had the cash!

Wait, this seems insane actually.... Newegg is second lowest on froogle @ $348.99 + $5 shipping + tax (to me)

I wasn't planning on getting any memory for another month or so, but I guess this is a sign to start the new build. $199 AR is just too good.

I originally was going to buy the corsair xms2 (CAS4) sticks for the EPP for about $280. Anyone have any comparisons between the two?

Plan on getting a P5W DH Deluxe next week, think I'll jump on this in advance. I haven't seen a better deal out there.

Crucial > OCZ

Becareful with this ram and the Gigabyte boards. Not sure if the BIOS updates have fixed the issue, but they've had trouble with higher voltage RAM such as this. I ordered Corsair @ 1.9v just to make sure it would work, so not sure if its resolved or not.

Otherwise, very hot deal. 🙂

Click on the link and then click on the rebate link

Doesnt work, there is a new rebate. I found it though.

Yes, it works fine. Just click on the $40.00 link on the product page.

Price keeps going up. It was $199 AR, then $204 yesterday.. I ordered at $206 this morning, and now it's $209.99.

Just to let u know, this isn't entirely true. From what I have read it was an issue w/ early shipping bioses and the sticks now work as they should.
