Just browsing through Newegg today and found the home page showing Crucial 256mb DDR for $50. Not too bad considering I paid $70+ for a stick a few months ago.

Hehe... i got the exact same thing at www.z-buy.com last weekend... just arrived today. I got 2 of these 256mb pc2100 cl2.5 chips for $85 even, including shipping (no tax for ca). The website says micron cl2, but it's actually crucial cl2.5. Great deal... http://www.z-buy.com/cgi-bin/pickup.cgi?ITEM=RD-256MT266SEUSB&SELECT=memory&cust_id=19193. You even get a free ps2 mouse. I think they raised the shipping by a buck since i bought it though...

How about ordering directly from Crucial? There's a $20 coupon at Crucial's site, bringing the price down from $63.89 to $43.89.

Can't link it here, would be a no-no. But if you follow doc's link, in that table there is a link for the $20 coupon. It takes you to a page that gives you a code. Looks quick and painless to me. Nice find doc. 🙂
