Crucial 1GB 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 667 (PC2 5300) Desktop Memory - OEM

This ram was briefly at $10 after a $15 rebate a while back. Posted this at $23 with free shipping and no rebates. It is still the same price out the door, sometimes there is a rebate too.

Recent buyers report getting the same D9HNL chips as found in the HP Crucial Promo ram deal (~$10 after $40 rebate per stick), although there are some Newegg reviews which complain about Crucial relabeling other lesser brands. The five Crucial sticks I have from the HP deal pass memtest86 at 430 to 470 MHz, 1.8 Vdimm, and default 5-5-5-15 timings. Better than DDR800 speeds = Good cheap ram.

I can't believe I missed this and spent a measly $5 more elsewhere ;)

RAM prices are awesome for consumers and system builders these days

Its now $22.99 with free ship and $5 mail in rebate. I bought these a couple of weeks ago for my new build and they run at 800mhz 5-5-5-15 @ 2.0 volts perfectly fine. Ill probably order another set of 2 for a total of 4 gigs. :)

Thanks for the heads up just purchased from there. Although its $2 more after newegg rebate I got it from buy, I hate dealing with rebates.

Huh???
Its 22.99 shipped free at Newegg, and 23.99 shipped free at buy.com.
PLUS a $5 rebate at the egg if you chose to send it in. Also I pay tax at buy.com.

If you've never used google checkout, you can get $10 off your first purchase at buy.com. It's hard to believe there's still anyone left who has never used google checkout and received the $10 discount. Especially hard to believe that anyone here on the hot deals forum has never used google checkout, but ....

For some odd reason, they only check that the email account used, is a new one.
Name, address, & CC can be re-cycled for "new" google checkout account #2, #3, etc.

$12.99 after $10 rebate with free shipping. Update for new rebate.

No more ram for me. I have 6 of these already, plus 8 DDR800 sticks, here or coming, from recent deals.

Don't be fooled by those flashy heat sinks on POS OCZ RAMs. These Crucial JEDEC 1.8V DDR2 667 should POST with many DDR2 boards and overclock to 400MHz/5-5-5-15-2T with 2.1Vdimm. I only buy 1.8V DDR2 667 or 800 RAMs from Crucial or Kingston (N5 ValueRAM).
