Cross your fingers

Do you have your original box? I moved my plasma in a U-haul a few months ago. I kept the original box because I knew I was moving in the near future.

It would probably be best to be as close to the front of the truck bed as possible to reduce the impact of bumps. I'm sure you know not to lay the plasma down, right?

No way I would move it unless I at least made some kind of box for it with some foam.

I prefer to rely on sense and not luck... but may your "luck" be good...

No, I didn't keep the box or know that I couldn't lay it down.
I let some air out of an air mattress, covered it with a piece of foam rubber and laid the tv down on it. I then covered it with a sheet and went for it.
It seems to have made the trip just fine as it is hooked up and working.

The air mattress formed around it and seemed to cradle it.
Hopefully, I did no damage.
