When I have questions/comments that correctly belong in a forum other the General Hardware or ATOT, I often get no answers. If I put the question in the correct forum and General Hardware or ATOT, I often get a response, but also get chastized for cross posting. Do you have a suggestion for maximizing the likelihood of a response while minimizing incorrect forum behavior?
 
What some people do is post their question in the correct forum, then put a link to the thread in their sig saying "Help me!" or whatever.
