very sad...same w/ Brandon Roy having to retire so early...Hopefully Crosby recovers soon
 
The next Crosby is already here in the person of Claude Giroux, of course now he has concussion (possible) issues too!! Ugh, a knee to the head from his own damn teammate no less.
 
Yep, I was thinking the same exact thing. He barely even collided with his teammate and he's done again?!? Hockey is a contact sport... there is no way, after being out for as long as he was, that he will ever be able to play like he did before. It's a shame but his career, as we had come to expect from him, is over. He may attempt to make comebacks, but concussions just keep happening. If I were an athlete I'd be more scared of a concussion than any other injury, given what we have learned about them.
