Last time i posted the website and receive some very useful critisisms. Thanks a bunch. 🙂

This is a website for a photographer, so it's a business website i guess.

Now i redisigned the page and hopefully i didn't make it worse. 😉 I am about 75% done right now.

I haven't test it in other browser besides IE, let me know if you guys test in netscape or opera.

56K user, how does it load for you? 🙂

Website here

I'm using a crappy video card at the moment, so it might be just my system, but the circular line in the middle doesnt look as smooth as the other lines. That and the pics can be a bit better quality (the womans arm is pixalated for me). Thats just the looks, but the design is pretty good. I like it. 🙂

Load time is approx. 3-4 minutes on 56k.

After the page is loaded though, browsing is fast. Nice looking layout on the page.

A picture that is 68 x 100 should NOT be 79K. The look is good and simple, but like the others, I could do without the guy pics, LOL.

Wow, I just saw it was down the street from where I'm at (UNL).

It looks decent. But there are 4 things I found that I didn't care for.
1) I really dislike clicking on a page and the only thing I can do is click on a link to the site I wanted. Introduction screens really tick me off. I'll just end up bookmarking the page after the intro screen.
2) After the intro screen, it isn't easy to spot the name of the business anymore. It has AN Photography, but not the full name. Does this business go by AN Photography or Albert Nobel Photography. If it is the latter, put it somewhere in larger print (I realize the name is in some of the fine print, but I think it belongs elsewhere).
3) When clicking on the links to the types of pictures, I dislike how they are so dark to begin with. Special effects are fine, but don't darken it quite so much.
4) You can put the mouse right over the Contact Link and get nothing. You actually need to point just above it for the contact info to come up.

Howdy fellow Nebraskan. 🙂

Thanks for the input. Appreciate it.

I have a problem with the fonts. I find that the best fonts are things such as Verdana, Lucida console and possibly Tahoma. They are easier to read than things such as Times New Roman. Also, don't use italics, if you have a high res on your monitor (I run 1600x1200 on 19") then italics makes fonts hard as hell to read. Can you think of any way to make the pictures slightly smaller? I'm on a 56k and they do take quite a while to load 🙁
Other than that, it's quite a nice site, I gave it a 7.
