definetly a different perspective, interesting how many different ways one can manipulate a single photo to have such drasticly different results. I like the angle and crop :) The colors don't really work for me though (haha, and yes i know i took the photo) which is why I approached with the method I did.

thanks for the comments, great landscape shots on your site :) what gear do you use?

D70 + kit lens on pretty much all the landscapes. 180/2.8 and 85/1.4 on the portraits.

Sepia/blue duotone conversion, dodge n burn, reverse curve to recover shadows and bring down highlights, resize sharpen & save.

Yup, only landscapes are up. I'm still trying to pick out which pictures to put in the other galleries.
