I'm all set to order. Just need to know if this is a good setup:

$175 P4 2.4C
$135 SAPPHIRE ATI RADEON 9600 128MB 8X AGP DVI/TV RETAIL
$100 GeIL DDR RAM 256MB PC-3200 400Hz Ultra- CAS2 2T (Two of these)

(Note: I already have a 80gb hdd and a cdrw to go with this setup)

I have questions primarily about the ram. I want to overclock the cpu a bit, and want to make sure that the ram is good quality.
