Just got done doing page layouts. Haven't put personal pics in yet. Any comments/suggestions?
I'm still trying to put a forum in (invision) and need ideas for laying out a pictures page. Used Dreamweaver for the site.

EDIT: fixed nav bar font size

the navigation bar font needs to be bigger or more legible. Other then that looks nice so far!

Yeah, the navigation is a little blurry but other than that it looks good .. nice and simple. It might just be me but the rollovers take half a second to change even after they have loaded.

Same here, it looks really good but I can't read the words on the top bar -- I also noticed this about the rollovers.. maybe they are suppose to be that way?? it seems to make the site seem slow

ok, I'll increase the font size of the nav bar. I don't know how to fix the lag in the rollover...

For the LOVE OF GOD, NO!

Anyways, change the navigation bar button text to be more readable, and preload the navigation bar hover images (so it doesnt delay when you hover over them), other than that it looks very nice.

One other thing I just noticed - there is no indication that a link is indeed a link. A different color, bold text, underline, *something* should differentiate links from normal text.

Two things. . .

First, do not use subdomains, they will slow you down.

Second, for pete sake, since this is a simple enough web site. use microsoft front page and their roll over bots, or at least get a better script for roll over. In some browsers, the images must refresh making quite a delay as people have mentioned.
