Critique my website

Hey I would appreciate any feedback on my newly developed website.
It's certainly nothing special, but I wanted to make something to put on my resume, and also to host from my computer. It's also not completely done.
I have to add more pictures, and the feedback form currently doesn't work.
I know the images aren't particularly impressive either, but I'm just now getting started with PhotoShop, so they'll have to do for the time being.
Lastly, I know alot of people aren't too fond of frames, but I think I'm going to keep them for the sake of convenience.

Yeah, I am opening myself up to some vulnerabilities a bit here, but I guess that's the risk I have to take.

Indeed, something simple. Don't try anything jazzy. Also try a darker shade of blue.

It looks fine to me; its not cluttered at all, and its easy to navigate around, nice job. How do you like JMU? I'm in upstate NY right now also, and I applied to there and VT, haven't gotten any response back though, yet.

Looks great for a beginner. My only complaint - those menu images are just black text on blue - you can save the viewer about 5-10 seconds of loading time by just using the <font size=X> tag instead of making it into a Photoshop image.

Thanks alot for all the replies, I really I appreciate it. I will take into consideration the opinions given here. As I mentioned before, I don't care to make my site spectacular, but I would like to make it appeal to the majority of people who view it.

nice job for your first site...looks much beter than my first one...i recommend using tables instead of frames too
