I Know I know... needs more animation. Don't bother with the links, they don't work.

Them borders are fugly. And take out the sections from the navigation part.

As fatbaby said, take out "sections". Having navigation then sections is kinda redundant. I think saying "Navigation" is stupid to begin with though, It's like telling people they are too stupid to figure that out on their own.

too much sugar. my humble advice is to discard the superfluous eye candy.

More colors and there is a lot of empty space between your footer and the content. Also, I'd hold back on the forums till you start getting atleast 200 *unique* visitors a day for atleast a week in a row. Unless, you can find atleast 5 or 6 people who will use it everyday even if it seems boring at first because if someone checks the forums and they're not really in use, they have no reason to even sign up. Atleast, thats what my experience has shown me.

For the message board? I downloaded them from phpbb.com. Credited by links at the bottom of the message board.

My site design however was made completly by me.
