I have mouse/keyboard/hard drives/monitor.. what do you think? Any input is appreciated!

Any particular reason you're not going with 2x512mb and take advantage of the dual-channel ability of the motherboard? You're doing yourself a disservice if you're not.

also, get pc3200 so u can run your barton @ 400 Mhz

just FYI, newegg has 512 pc3200 of buffalo ram w/ winbond modules for $89 rated to cas 2.5

For OC'ing, you may want to get a different PSU of higher quality, like an Antec.

May want to look at Samsung PC2700, Corsair PC3200, or Kingston Hyper X 3000 or above memory.

People have had a few problems with Crucial + Nforce 2 boards...
