Critique my photo/video editing system

Some good answers...I think we are all in agreement here. The system should be:

X2 3800+ (or more depending on your budget)
An 8 phase motherboard (Asus has said they are planning more models of these)
2GB of Ram
3 HDD - 2 large SATA drives that are striped, and 1 PATA drive for your boot disk
Video card will depend on which NLE software you choose...
 
I usually use a wide variety of programs, but the most frequent are Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Sony Vegas 6 and Avid HD
 
I'd go for a bigger hard drive, like a 250GB. Don't need to get that heatsink, the stock heatsink for the 4200+ and higher X2's is actualy pretty good. I am using the stock heatsink to OC my 4200+ to 2.618ghz, and my max load temps are around 51c.
