I just went to WC for the first time in my Tsunami case, what follows is my layout and what I've done so far.

Loop: (1/2" OD throughout) Bottom of case (Swiftech Micro Res to Swiftech MCP655) -> Swiftech Storm Rev 2 -> long loop to Danger Den 120x1 multi-pass radiator mounted in the 120 hole at the upper rear of the case (cut out the factory grille cover to allow for better breathing), with a ThermalTake 120 blowing through it to exhaust -> Reservoir.

System setup: MSI K8N Neo4-F, X2 4400 running at stock speed, 2GB Crucial Ballistix 3200, X1900XTX.

I'm getting around 38-40 idle (running distilled water with a bit of antifreeze and anti-algae in it), and 48 load. My question is, what do you think of the loop design, and what can I do to make the system better? I'm not sure if I should be getting better idle/load temps. Thanks, all.

Do you mean 1/2" ID? You did put something in the water to prevent galvanic corrosion right? That radiator is more than likely aluminum and the block is copper. Besides that a better fan should be able to bring the temps down. I would also try and tune your pump with slightly lower voltages. The 655 has great gph but, not as good of head pressure as it's little brother the mcp355 and it tends to dump a lot more heat into the water so turning down the voltage could bring temps down some. The anti-freeze should act as an anti-algae on it's own so you could flush and re-fill with an 85-15 mix and leave out whatever anti-algae you have.

actually its kinda hard to determin what your system can do without knowing your ambients.

Also, the 120x1 radiator seems to be handling a very good job. It wont work very well if you add more blocks. Or you decide to go quadcore.
