Private Pyle! What are you doing to my beloved corps?

I am thinking Class C or even less. You in college? Go to the legal aid office. They will laugh but they can help.
No - done with school for now. I have friends who're attorneys. I've already called them and will likely hear back today.

I wouldnt have answered the door.

EDIT Plead not guilty and take it to trial. There is no way they ahve enough evidence to prosecute.

We didn't answer the door for quite a while. We were on the other side of a big apartment and at first we didn't even know that anyone was knocking. Eventually they were HAMMERING the hell out of the door and her roommate woke up and answered it.

I'm wondering how they found where we were. She lives in a place that has like 6 units. I wonder if they woke everyone up who lives there to see who kicked down the signs. 😕

They need physical evidence or a witness to have a chance of convicting you in a trial. You won't even need a defense lawyer. Just keep Saying no I was not there that night. I am not guilty. They have to prove you were there and you were guilty to a jury of your peers. 99% chance they just toss the charge out....its not something they will take you to trial over. However if your dumb friend started blabbering her mouth down at the station....you might be screwed.

so you havent called down to the police office or tried to bail your freind out?
I have very little cash. I had to work today, and I wasn't safe to drive last night. I'm meeting up with her friends after work tonight to see what we can do.

Might as well start letting some guy pound you in the @ss now. You don't want your first time to be in prison, I hear they especially like bleeders.

I don't know what the laws in your state are, or even which state you live in, but it will be a misdemeanor with a mandatory court appearance.

Thanks. I was sort of figuring that may be the case.

Dude, that's messed-up. Better to fill your @ss with tampons.

She's still there as far as I know.

You're a good caring friend 🙂
I certainly couldn't drive last night. I've been at work since 7, but when I get off in a few hours I'm going to go see what I can do. 🙁

I feel bad that she's in jail, but she's in jail because she was being stupid. If she would have been calm and cooperated with the police she'd be at home right now.
