BTW, why would the A/C be on in March 1999 ? I think they were trying to set a let's-not-get-discovered record or something.

Apparently you have never been to Florida during the Winter. You need to run the A/C in Florida dang near year round. I do not remember the weather for that specific timeframe but it was more then likely high's in the 80's, like it will be today, tomorrow and most of winter.

that's freaking insane...
lights on and all... but no one goes in and out for 3 years and no one gets suspicious... very strange. :Q:confused:

I talked to my daughters friends parents about not knowing, and from what they saidwas that the people was very private, never talking to neighbors here, and coming and going to/from Germany without notice to neighbors here. If that is the case, Those people are lucky to be found now.

The yard would have given a little evidence something is wrong though. The front yard was like 4 feet high with no shrubs growing (Only weeds).

I dunno, just glad they was finally found.

What a sad life ... to be gone for 3 years and not missed by anyone. :(
Reminds me of a story about a local veterans cemetary ... they have a number of vets that die every year that nobody comes for a funeral. The gravediggers say a few words and play taps from a cassette player.

Should never let that happen.

I was wondering what shape the lawn would be in....
